This is a general template, not legal advice — have an attorney review this before you rely on it, especially if you have customers outside the U.S. (GDPR) or in California (CCPA), which have specific disclosure requirements this draft doesn't fully cover.
When you purchase the Two Houses One Rule Agreement or sign up for our free starter agreement, we collect the email address you provide. When you make a purchase, our payment processor, Stripe, also collects payment details necessary to process your transaction — we never see or store your full card number.
Like most websites, our server automatically logs basic technical information (IP address, browser type, pages visited) for security and analytics purposes.
We do not sell your email address or personal information to third parties.
We link to a small number of third-party parental control apps (Qustodio, Bark, Google Family Link) as affiliate partners. If you click through to one of those sites, their own privacy policy applies to what they collect.
We retain order and email records as long as needed to fulfill purchases, respond to support requests, and meet basic accounting/tax requirements.
You can unsubscribe from any email we send using the link in that email, or by contacting us directly. You can request that we delete your personal information by emailing us at the address below, subject to what we're legally required to retain (e.g. transaction records).
We use minimal cookies necessary for the checkout process to function. If you add analytics (like Google Analytics) later, update this section to disclose that.
